1/ The trailer is acknowedged to be in good condition.
2/The hirer will return the trailer as stated in the same order as recieved in,the hirer will cover all costs to repair any damage done while in there care.Excuding wear and tear.
3/The hirer will observe and comply with all the statutes,regulation and other requirements.
4/Retention of the trailer after the return date will amount to thieft and without prejudice.
5/The hirer must keep the trailer in proper working order at there own expence.
6/The hire undertakes no to overload the trailer and to return the trailer in a tidy and clean condition.
7/The hirer shall keep the trailer under there own control and employ it solely for there own purpose and will not permit it to be used by any other person.
8/The hirer is responible for any parking or traffic offences incurred during the hire period.
